I had a birthday party with our whole family planned for November 14th. But we had to do a little something on Stockton's actual birthday. We just had a little party with Bryce and I and Grandma Twitchell came over for presents, cake, and ice cream.
I put a bunch of balloons in Stockton's crib and he had the greatest time playing in them!
For dinner I made mini pizzas because Stockton loves those.
We let him open a few of his presents and Grandma Twitchell let him open hers too.
I think he loved the bows more than anything.
He did figure out how to open presents.
He wasn't sure what to do with the cake at first but he quickly figured it out!
And then he got so messy we threw him in the tub.
My friend Carlee Griffiths told me a long time ago that my present for Stockton's baby shower was for her to take pictures for us. I told her I wanted her to do his 1 year pictures so we got together in Delta and took them out by the Rez. There were still some fall leaves so we took some with the leaves. Stockton wouldn't smile too much but they turned out way cute!
