There was a pumpkin patch in Elsinore and Bryce's family was all going to it one weekend when Max and Jenny were up. It was a bit of a crazy weekend for us because Bryce was coaching his last 6th grade football game, then we went to the pumpkin patch, and then Josh came up to help us go out and scout some deer out by Koosharem. Karalee, Shantelle, and I put in for the hunt together and we all drew out. Andrew's family has always hunted over there but Bryce hadn't ever hunted over there so we wanted to scout a little. Shany couldn't come up because of work but Josh wanted to come scout with us.
Josh got there right before we went to the pumpkin patch so he joined us. We went for a little hay ride and found some pretty awesome pumpkins.
We saw lots of deer and 4 pretty good bucks. We hiked up the mountain a little ways and found a heard of elk which was also a lot of fun to watch. I hope we see lots on opening day!
