Lagoon

We went to Lagoon with Brent and Tiffany, some friends of ours. We had lots of fun!

(Bryce and Brent have been good friends since high school.) 

Parowan Derby

We went to the Iron County Derby in Parowan with Karalee and Andrew, Mark and Sadie, and Max and Jenny. It didn't start til seven but we went at five thirty so that we could be under the covered seats and away from the rain. But it was already full! So the first little while was pretty miserable in the rain but by the time the derby started it cleared up and turned out to be fun.

I always find some treasures on my camera when the girls get a hold of it!

Yankee Meadows

Before Bryce started school again, we decided to go camping for one last ho-rah. 

We camped at Yankee Meadows.

Friday morning we woke up to rain so we sat under our little tarp, ate breakfast, and watched the rain. Then we ate lunch and watched the rain some more. Of course I didn't even think to bring games or something to do in case it rained so I made some cards out of paper towels and we played speed. Haha It rained til about three in the afternoon but we made the most of the rest of the day.

We went on a four wheeler ride and had dutch oven dinner.

 

We rode all the way to Panguitch Lake

Saturday morning we went fishing but didn't have much luck. Then the rain started rolling in again so we packed up camp early and headed home. But despite all of the rain, we still had fun.

Brittney's Graduation

Brittney graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from BYU. Bryce and I were able to go to the ceremony. Congrats Brittney! You will be an awesome nurse!

Provo Canyon

My mom had the idea to float down Provo river. As it turned out only Shany, my mom, and I could go. But we had tons of fun. We each floated down on our own tubes. 

 We had a picnic at the park

We stopped at Bridal Vail Falls

And we Hiked it in flip flops!

Some guys repelled off of the waterfall while we were there.

It actually looked like a lot fun but I'm not that crazy.

However we were crazy enough to shower in this icy cold waterfall...

 

 

Afterwards we went to Color Me Mine and painted some dishes. It was lots of fun all in one day!
